Do you work with the Royal Australian Mint?

We are an independent business, separate from the Royal Australian Mint.

Can I ship my order as a gift?

Yes, you can! You can ship Thomas Anne products as gifts when you enter the address of the lucky recipient in the ‘shipping’ address and your address as the ‘billing’ address.   

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

We do not offer wholesale or bulk discounts at this time.

Are your products pure Mahogany wood?

Our boxes are crafted with beautiful mahogany for the main structure. To ensure stability and affordability, we use high-quality plywood for the base and lid.

Why does my box contain a visible mineral streak, isn't this a defect in the product?

Mineral streaks are a natural part of mahogany wood and are caused by mineral deposits within the wood itself. These streaks typically appear as dark lines or streaks and are generally harmless. While they may be aesthetically unappealing to some, they are not considered defects and do not affect the structural integrity of the wood.

Can I see your products in person?

While we don't currently have a physical store, we offer high-resolution product photos, 360° views, and detailed descriptions on our website.

What types of coins do your display boxes fit?

Our mahogany display boxes are specifically crafted for Australian $1 and $2 decimal coins only, ensuring a perfect fit and optimal protection for your treasured collection.

Do you offer custom designs?

We understand you'd love to personalize your coin display box, and we're always exploring ways to enhance our offerings. While full custom designs aren't available right now, we truly appreciate your feedback, and as we evaluate expanding our options, your interest in customization is invaluable. If we introduce personalized options in the future, we'll be sure to share the news!

Do you offer engraving or personalization on the boxes?

We don't currently offer engraving or personalization. However, we're always working on expanding our offerings, so check back for updates!

How do I care for my mahogany coin display box?

Regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth will preserve its beauty. For slightly deeper cleaning, consider a damp microfiber cloth or gentle vacuuming with a soft brush attachment. Shipping

Which shipping provider do you use?

We only use Australia Post and Startrack Express as we have found that they are the most reliable.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days from Adelaide CBD dispatch.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all Australian states (VIC, NSW, SA, WA, NT, ACT and QLD) We are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Can I change my shipping address?

Oops, item(s) not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and quote your order number at the following email address info@thomasannecollectibles.com.au and we can change this over for you.

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it and do not take responsibility for it, so please check your address carefully!

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number you can use to follow its journey.

What can I do if my item hasn't been delivered?

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although we are quoted three (3) – seven (7) business days for delivery from our couriers, sometimes life happens and they aren't able to deliver within this timeframe.  When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a 'delayed' delivery date.

If your item still hasn't been delivered within ten (10) business days, please contact us at the following email address info@thomasannecollectibles.com.au and we can launch an investigation.

*Please note: Once we pass your item(s) to our courier, your package is with a different provider.  We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues are beyond our control and need to be investigated by our courier. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.
