We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Thomas Anne Collectibles. We're happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, excluding change of mind returns.

  • Return for defects or damages: We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any issues.
  • No change of mind returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been ordered incorrectly or if you simply change your mind. Please carefully review your order details before finalizing your purchase.

  • We accept eligible items in their original condition: Please make sure your items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including any accompanying documents or certificates.

Please note: Due to the custom nature of our mahogany coin display boxes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items once they have been personalized or engraved, even for defects or damages.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Times

  • Domestic orders (Australia): Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed. You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days after it ships.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic orders (Australia): We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. For orders under $100 AUD, there is a flat shipping fee of $12.95 AUD or express shipping fee of $19.95 AUD.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship all orders via Australia Post or StarTrack.

Holiday Shipping

  • Please note that shipping times may be longer during the holiday season. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure they arrive in time for the holidays.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to try to arrange a redelivery. If we are unable to reach you or redeliver the package, we will issue a refund for the cost of the merchandise.
