Shipping Policy
Made to Order
Every Thomas Anne case is built specifically for your order. This means there is a production period before your case is ready to ship — typically 5–10 business days depending on current order volume. We will keep you informed throughout and will notify you when your case has been dispatched.
For Leviathan orders, please refer to the production timeline communicated at the time of your order.
Domestic Shipping — Australia
We ship all orders via Australia Post from Adelaide, South Australia.
Free standard shipping is applied automatically to all orders over $100 AUD. For orders under $100 AUD, standard shipping is $12.95 AUD and express shipping is $19.95 AUD.
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery is generally 1–3 business days.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your shipment via the Australia Post website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable period, a refund for the merchandise will be issued. Return shipping costs in this instance are at the customer's expense.
