Disclaimer

Thomas Anne Collectibles — South Australia. This disclaimer applies to all products sold through thomasannecollectibles.com.au

1. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy available under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability cannot be lawfully excluded, our liability is limited to replacement of a damaged case or refund of the purchase price.

2. Natural Variation

Every Thomas Anne case is made by hand from natural timber. Variation in grain pattern, colour tone, and finish between cases is inherent to the material and the production process. This variation is a quality of the object — not a defect. No two cases will look identical, and this is intentional.

3. Handling and Storage

You are responsible for appropriate handling and storage of your case once received. Exposure to sustained moisture, direct sunlight, extreme temperature, or physical impact may affect the timber finish over time. Guidance on care is available in our Collectors Journal. Deterioration resulting from environmental exposure after receipt does not constitute a defect.

4. Intended Purpose

Thomas Anne cases are designed for coin collection, display, and archival storage. They are not designed or warranted for any purpose beyond this use. No representation is made regarding performance under conditions outside normal collector storage.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thomas Anne Collectibles disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is strictly limited to replacement of a physically damaged case or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

6. Acceptance

By purchasing a Thomas Anne case, you acknowledge the handcrafted and natural timber nature of the product and accept this disclaimer in full.
