Corporate Orders
1. Purpose
The Corporate Orders channel is designed for organizations seeking curated acquisitions of Thomas Anne Collectibles archive cases in bulk for display, gifting, or institutional curation. All corporate acquisitions remain subject to the Terms of Acquisition and Thomas Anne Collectibles Disclaimer.
2. Eligibility
Corporate Orders are available to registered business entities, institutions, or professional organizations. Individual consumers should use standard acquisition channels.
3. Inquiry & Consultation
All corporate acquisition requests are initiated via formal inquiry. Following submission, the House of Thomas Anne will arrange a consultation to determine edition availability, packaging options, and any bespoke curation requirements.
4. Ordering Process
- Step 1 – Inquiry Submission: Complete the Corporate Order Request Form with organizational details and intended quantity.
- Step 2 – Consultation: The House of Thomas Anne will confirm edition availability, delivery timelines, and bespoke curation options.
- Step 3 – Confirmation: The organization reviews and approves the order proposal, including pricing, packaging, and delivery schedules.
- Step 4 – Payment & Dispatch: Corporate Orders are subject to invoicing. Full or milestone payment is required prior to dispatch.
- Step 5 – Receipt & Acknowledgment: Upon delivery, the organization acknowledges receipt of the collectibles and confirms the condition of items.
5. Pricing & Invoicing
Corporate Orders are priced individually based on edition, quantity, and any bespoke curation. All pricing is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Invoices are issued electronically and must be settled according to agreed payment terms.
6. Delivery & Risk
Risk passes to the organization upon dispatch. The House of Thomas Anne packages collectibles to preserve integrity; however, transit conditions, handling, and environmental exposure may influence appearance or finish. Physical damage claims are limited to replacement of damaged items only.
7. Legal & Compliance
Corporate Orders are subject to all applicable Australian laws, including consumer protection and intellectual property law. Organizations must ensure proper handling and internal compliance. Acquisition does not imply any functional, medical, or environmental guarantees.
8. Confidentiality & Prestige
Corporate Orders are treated with discretion. Organizations may reference acquisitions internally or to clients only with prior consent. The House of Thomas Anne reserves the right to decline publication or disclosure of acquisition details to maintain curated exclusivity.
