By purchasing a Thomas Anne case, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Acquisition. Completing a purchase constitutes acceptance of the physical and aesthetic nature of the product and the conditions described here.

2. Nature of the Product

Each Thomas Anne case is a handcrafted physical product made to order in South Australia, intended for coin collection, display, and archival protection. As a natural timber product finished by hand, minor variation in grain, tone, and texture between cases is inherent to the material and is not considered a defect.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). As our cases are made to order, availability may be subject to production schedules. Thomas Anne Collectibles reserves the right to cancel or modify an order in the event of a pricing error or circumstances beyond our control, with full refund provided.

4. Payment and Ownership

Ownership of the physical case transfers to you upon confirmed payment and dispatch. All intellectual property — including branding, design, engraving artwork, and associated materials — remains the exclusive property of Thomas Anne Collectibles and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without written permission.

5. Handling and Storage

You are responsible for appropriate handling and storage of your case once received. Environmental factors — humidity, direct sunlight, physical impact — may affect the timber finish over time. Guidance on care and storage is available on our site. Variation resulting from environmental exposure after receipt does not constitute a product defect.

6. Returns and Remedies

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law. If your case arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us at info@thomasannecollectibles.com.au and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Our obligation is limited to replacement of a defective item or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All Thomas Anne branding, design, and associated creative materials are protected intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, adapted, or commercially used without prior written consent from Thomas Anne Collectibles.

8. Intended Use

Thomas Anne cases are designed for coin collection, display, and archival storage. They are not intended for uses beyond this purpose.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with a purchase is subject to the jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
